GENERAL WARRANTY TERMS
The manufacturer's warranty applies to the entire range of ABSEL brand auto parts, battery packs, and headlights. The warranty refers to the consumer's right to make a claim in case of defects or substandard quality of the purchased product
WARRANTY TERMS
The warranty period begins from the date of purchase, confirmed by the sales receipt issued at the time of purchase at the point of sale (store or service station), and is calculated according to the category of the product:
WARRANTY PERIOD
AUTO PARTS
- 24 months or 60,000 km (whichever comes first).
RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES
- Installed on passenger vehicles: 24 months.
- Installed on trucks and commercial vehicles: 12 months.
HEADLIGHT BULBS
- Halogen bulbs of the ORIGINAL series: 12 months or 30,000 km.
- Halogen lamps of the LONG LIFE series: 18 months or 45,000 km.
- Halogen bulbs of other series: 6 months or 15,000 km.
- LED and xenon bulbs: 24 months or 60,000 km.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
The warranty does not cover:
- Auto parts that are replaced in accordance with maintenance regulations (filters, spark plugs, wiper blades, lubricants, brake fluid, coolants, brake pads).
- Damage due to careless operation, modifications, repairs, accidents (road traffic accidents), improper selection, or due to malfunction of other parts or assemblies.

CLAIM RESOLUTION
WARRANTY TERMS FOR LAMPS
- For the warranty on lamps to be valid, installation must be performed at a service station, and the vehicle must not undergo any structural modifications. Adherence to electrical polarities is mandatory when installing LED lamps.
- If the lamps are installed independently, the warranty period is 30 days.
WARRANTY TERMS FOR ABSEL BATTERIES
- Battery replacement is carried out only upon identification of a manufacturing defect in the battery, related to its production: a broken circuit inside the battery, a short circuit in one of the cells. Batteries of proper quality are not subject to return.
- Defects caused by external impact or improper use, as well as natural wear and tear, cannot be grounds for the return (replacement) of the battery.
- A deeply discharged battery (below 50%) cannot be considered defective. The charging of a properly discharged battery in the warranty laboratory is at the owner's expense.
- At the request of the warranty workshop, the vehicle on which the battery being checked was installed must be provided for issuing a warranty conclusion.
THE WARRANTY FOR ABSEL BATTERIES DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING CASES:
- Absence of warranty card, its incorrect or incomplete completion.
- Absence of supplier warranty stickers and manufacturer factory labels.
- Mechanical damage to the battery, blocked ventilation holes.
- Destruction of the casing due to gas explosion, solidification of electrolyte in the cells.
- Failure to comply with operating rules, maintenance, or safety measures (rules described in the warranty certificate).
- Use of the battery in vehicles with faulty electrical equipment.
- Battery discharge to open circuit voltage (OCV) less than 11.0 V.
- Use of the battery for unintended purposes.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
- The warranty for replaced products under warranty service applies for the remaining period of the original warranty period.
- In case of loss of the sales receipt, the warranty period is established based on the manufacturing date indicated on the product or packaging.
RETURN PROCEDURE
Return is possible only with all necessary documents and the defective part.
