Warranty conditions
All ABSEL auto components have an unconditional manufacturer's warranty of 24 months fr om the date of purchase or 60,000 km.
The part supplied as part of the warranty service is subject to all manufacturer's warranty obligations in full.
The start date of the warranty period is the date of purchase (purchase) of the part.
If a shortage of ABSEL goods is detected, it is necessary to contact the point of sale wh ere the part was purchased. The possibility of returning the goods will be considered upon presentation of the goods and the following documents for examination:
Upon positive consideration of the application, the buyer receives a refund of the cost of the part or replacement of the defective product.
The warranty does not apply to automotive components, the replacement of which is carried out in accordance with the regulations of the maintenance on the car*, as well as cases related to negligent operation of the vehicle, in the presence of traces of refinement or restoration of automotive components, damage to automotive components as a result of an accident, improper selection, as well as cases when the cause of the failure of the goods there was a malfunction of another part or unit.
* such products include automotive filters, spark plugs, wiper blades, lubricants, brake fluid, coolants, brake pads.
Warranty conditions
In case of purchase and installation of ABSEL parts, the cost of which does not exceed 25,000 rubles, in authorized ABSEL service centers, the buyer has the right to use an extended warranty under a simplified scheme. The fact of purchase and installation is confirmed by a receipt and/or a work order with the date of installation of ABSEL spare parts. In this case, the manufacturer's warranty is 24 months or 60,000 km from the start date of the warranty period, whichever comes first.
Under the terms of the extended warranty for the product categories 'timing belts', 'timing belt drive components (rollers, tensioners)', 'timing belt sets', in the event of a warranty event, not only shall be exchanged for automotive components of the same article, but also compensation shall be made for the cost of engine parts damaged as a result of belt breakage, roller defect, and unsuitable for further use, as well as the cost of their replacement. Compensation is made only if ABSEL Warranty Department confirms the occurrence of a warranty event. ABSEL does not assume the obligation to compensate the cost of transportation of the vehicle to the place of repair
